Authors retain ownership of manuscripts and grant Ottowrite only the limited rights needed to store, process, and deliver their work as instructed.
Responsible submissions

Recipient responsibilities
Recipients must protect accessed work, use it only for submission review, and respect access restrictions and confidentiality expectations.
Service availability
Ottowrite provides operational safeguards and recovery procedures but cannot guarantee publication, representation, acceptance, or uninterrupted availability.
